The nine-acre property is located in the tranquil community of Union, South Carolina. The mansion, although very secluded, is only 3-4 blocks from the main section of downtown Union.
The 7900 square feet Georgian floor plan includes a stunning curved staircase, large foyers on both floors, a music room, parlor, library, dining room, kitchen, 7 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a third story cupola. A brick wing behind the main house once was used as servant's kitchen, well, laundry house, quarters and a smoke house. The carriage barn, located behind the brick wing, still houses the Duncan's carriage; plans for restoration are underway. Unique architectural aspects of this mansion include frescoed ceilings in the music room and dining room, mosaic tiles and turn of the century stenciling and faux graining in the main foyer and beautiful chandeliers.

Union County Dragway
In February 2009 the Union County Dragway began its inaugural season as Union County's newest motorsports park. The racing facility is located off Highway 215 in the Santuc community.
The 1/8-mile track, with 750 feet of concrete, measures 2,500 feet in length and is 60 feet wide. Lights are installed every 75 feet, making the track well lit for night racing. There is seating for 1,600 spectators, while more can watch from a tailgating area. The width, length and concrete make the track special, with an extra 700 feet at the end of the strip there is plenty of stopping area that other tracks simply don't have.
The facility also features two food and beverage concessions, not to mention a tower that includes suites for guests and sponsors. The Union County Dragway also features the state of the art timing system in COMPULINK.

America's largest off-road motorcycle and ATV racing series held right here in the Upstate, at the Big Buck Farm in Union County.
1997 saw the first Big Buck Grand National Cross Country held in Union County, SC and the 2015 VP Racing Fuels Big Buck GNCC is the nineteenth. In that time over 19,000 riders from all over the world have participated in the Big Buck GNCC events.
The Big Buck course presents the standard GNCC obstacles: everything from tight woods, to fields, creek crossings, rocks and hill climbs. It’s a fast, wide-open course, but definitely not easy! The field sections are very fast and they get chopped up and rough as the weekend goes on, so you need to have your suspension dialed in.

Team Aruba Racing
The Pro/Stock drag racing team sponsored by the Island of Aruba established its North American base in Union County in 2008.
They came to Union because the climate was good, the area is motorsports-friendly, and are centrally located on the East Coast -- the location is right between Greenville, Columbia and
Charlotte, so any of the three airports are less than an hour away.
"While access to highways was important, it was the people of Union County and their commitment to motorsports that was the deciding factor in the team's decision to locate here. Union County's enthusiasm for motorsports helped make it the U.S. home base for Team Aruba"
